Two one day courses for workers and a three day course for the people who lead them. Each comes in a CSA Z1003 or ISO 45003 edition, general or tailored to a frontline service.

The standards in depth, the leader's legal and moral role, implementation planning, and resonance applied to leadership. Leaders leave ready to champion psychological safety inside their own service.
CSA Z1003 edition. Built on the National Standard of Canada for psychological health and safety in the workplace.
ISO 45003 edition. Built on ISO 45003:2021, the international guidance on psychological health and safety at work.
The courses are built on the concepts of both standards, taught in original words. They are not certified, endorsed or accredited by CSA Group, BNQ or ISO.
