About NU._.IRA Safety Training.
NUIRA Safety Training delivers psychological health and safety training for workplaces and frontline services. It is operated by NUIRA Technologies Inc., a wellness technology company in Kelowna, British Columbia, which also makes the NUIRA Band.
What we do
- Three courses: Resonance, Psychological Health and Safety, and Leading Psychological Safety.
- Courses built on the concepts of ISO 45003 and CSA Z1003, taught in original words.
- A CSA Z1003 edition and an ISO 45003 edition of every course.
- General versions, and frontline versions for nurses and healthcare workers, police officers, firefighters, paramedics and military personnel.
- In house delivery in Canada, and virtual delivery in Canada and the United States.
- Every standard seat includes the NUIRA Band and a month of the NUIRA app.
The courses are not certified, endorsed or accredited by CSA Group, BNQ or ISO.

Gavin Thomas has twenty-eight years in fire, safety and risk management, twenty of them on the truck. He is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional, a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, and a Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers and a Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management, with an ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring.
He builds training the way he would have wanted it delivered to his own crew: practical, respectful, and useful the next morning.

NUIRA Safety Training, at safety.nuira.io, is training for organisations. The NUIRA Band, the NUIRA app and Awen, at nuira.io, are for individuals. Both are operated by NUIRA Technologies Inc..
